A baby born in Ukrine s village on 24 Feb 1976. The name of the baby was Jan kum. The family of this child was very poor. they have no electricity in their home.

The temperature of that area was often minus. They had no hot water in their home. They lived hand to mouth. this family migrated to America in 1992 after selling everything they had. at that time he was 16 years old. He was much interested in computers.

Jan got a job as a cleaner in a grocery store. His all family worked to live. Soon they faced pain. Jan koum s father died, his mother was a patient of cancer. But Yan had no capacity at that time to fight the circumstances, he was helpless before the will of God. He worked hard and took admission to SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY. He was very skillful in computers
. Soon he got an offer of a job on yahoo. Jan left University and joined Yahoo.
BRINE ACTON
In yahoo, Jan met a man Brine Acton. They become friends. these two friends played games in their spare time.
MOTHER S DEATH
In 2000 Jan s mother also died. The two friends worked for Yahoo for the next 7 years.
HOLIDAY
In 2007 the two friends decided to leave Yahoo and not work for one year. They will only travel in the world.
After one year they applied to Facebook for the job but Facebook did not give them a job. at that time these two friends were jobless.
LIFE-CHANGING IDEA
an idea changed the life of the two friends. in 2009 Jan Koum took an iPhone. iPhone s Appstore was going to launch many new apps. An idea came into the mind of Jan koum mind. He thought that they should make an app through which people could talk to each other and no ads on it.
NO need to log in, and it should be easy to use. it was the idea of WhatsApp/
Jan koum shared the idea with his friend Brine.

On 24th Feb 2009, Jan named it WhatsApp. 24th Feb was Jan s birthday.
WHATSAPP CRASHED
In the beginning, Whatsapp was crashed. Jan Koum was disappointed with WhatsApp. But his friend Brine Acton motivated him and gave him courage. In, beginning the g this Application had only 400 users.

In 2014 50 crore people were using WhatsApp. the why behind it was there was no marketing it.
